Charla Lorenzen

Her mission is to inspire others to never stop learning about and practicing a yogic lifestyle as a means to reconnect to their inner light and also to all living beings, in turn making the world a more harmonious place where all are healthy, happy & free. Charla holds a PhD in Foreign Language Education and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and lead trainer for the Lorenzen Studios Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School.

Sarah is a student nearing completion of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She has dreamed of teaching yoga since her very first class with Charla Lorenzen over 20 years ago. In her many years of yoga practice, she has found many benefits of yoga- quieting the mind, stillness, balance, and sense of self- and she hopes to share these with her students. Sarah fosters a sense of peace and connection in all her classes.
