Participate in an Opening Circle, sample multiple of our usual studio offerings (Go with the Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Cloud of Bliss, Sunday Soul Flow, Cardio & Calm) plus many special events (creative movement + vision casting, a restorative sound journey, Japanese-bound journal workshop, restorative yoga + ambient cello), and enjoy spending time with our welcoming, inclusive studio family and forming lasting & meaningful friendships before ending with a Closing Circle to celebrate our growth and commit to our paths forward.
